the icelands A nearly uninhabitable territory the Icelands are situated North of even the Northlands. Those that live there are survivors, being able to endure in a land literally covered in ice year round. These lands are a bit of a mystery to most. |

the northlands A land located North of the Southlands but South of the Icelands.The region is known for many of its people being what many might call barbaric. |

the southlands The Southlands neither have a truly cold nor hot climate but one in a comfortable middle range. Truly the Southlands are situated more in the middle of Ildhineth than in the South like the name would suggest. This region is probably the largest and has a wide range of people, cultures, species, and everything. |

the desertlands Further South than the Southlands lay the Desertlands. They are covered in sand and a heat so intense foreigners often can't survive unprepared. Cities have grown in the middle of the dunes and few mountains. |
